To achieve this shot, I set the the camera aperture setting to 1/50. Kept the camera still and took a picture will the truck drove past.
For this picture, I left the camera settings the same. Focused on one car and panned across as it went by.
Again with this, I took the picture and zoomed out at the same time to create that effect.
